Position Summary Assistant Managers will help drive profitable sales in Staples Copy and Print shops by managing the stores operations and through building relationshipswith Copy and Print business customers. Assistant Managers will help in designing and building an operations model, which is scaleable to a nationwide launch. Position Responsibilities Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in associates delivering Top Customer program Efficiently manage all operational functions including production, inventory, merchandising, cash handling and store maintenance. Supervise all Store Associates Develop, hire, coach and mentor associates to achieve results and build strong customer relations. Ensure production deadlines, workflow processes and quality standards are upheld to meet the customers expectations.
