Private bedroom in 4 bedroom unit available to sublease thru the summer. Each room has its own lease. The other tenants are gone for the summer so you will have the place to yourself.
Pool, coin laundry, off street parking, kitchen remodeled in April xxxx, rent goes to $950 in September.
Ideal location. Eateries, grocery store, bars, bike shop, gas station, and bus stop all across the street. 1 block to Cal Poly campus.
Take over my lease $719/mo through August 30. $400 security deposit, $80 application fee. I pay the $200 transfer fee.
I will leave the furniture bed, desk, and dresser in the unit if you want. I will need the furniture back at the end of August.
