Source new commercial real estate & business loans; analyze property, appraisal, and borrower/ guarantor financial information; complete loan write ups, review loan documents, oversee the loan closing process; and manage a portfolio of loans for delinquency, to ensure timely financial reporting, and proper loan risk rating. Ensure adherence to loan policies, procedures and compliance with State and Federal business lending laws and regulations. Provide input on improvements to current/new products, policies, processes, and portfolio management. Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four (4) year college or University; or Business school and/or four (4) years commercial lending experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
