Administrative Assistant in San Luis Obispo, California For Sale

We are a growing Property Management and Real Estate Company located in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. Our propety management works in conjuction with two prime real esate agents. We have over 80+ tenants and properties with the number growing every week. We have a multitude of task that can work and fit with any major. We are seeking someone who is able to do adminstrative work and someone who is a people person/go getter to do marketing and sales. MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVALIBLE.
We are flexible with schdules but we are asking for dedicated applicants only.
Job Details:
Administrative: ( Position 1)
> Answer Phone calls
> Reply emails, reply messages, leave voice mails
> Ability to professionally speak to clients , vendors, rental owners, and etc
> MUST be able to text and email
> Detail orientated and organized
> Ability to work independently with little supervision and instruction but still able to complete task.
> Ability to plan and schedule showings, work orders and etc.
> Chinese Speaking is a plus but not required
Marketing/Sales: ( Position 2)
> Understand the different portals of social media (Facebook, meetup, twitter, etc) and updating them
> Friendly and approachable attitude
> Previous sales/marketing experience is a plus but not necessary
> Ability to multi task and follow up with potential clients
> Works well independently
> Ability to work in fast pace environment
> Must be able to drive
> Chinese Speaking is a plus but not required
