My name is Will Arnzen and I am a licensed tile contractor specializing in the installation, restoration, staining and sealing Mexican Saltillo Pavers working in Southern California including Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. We preseal the Saltillo tiles 3 times before grouting & we seal the tiles & grout 3 times after grouting to make sure that the grout is protected as well as evening out any of the scratches in the finish caused by the grits of sand during the grouting process for a smooth and even matte or high gloss finish.

For the Staining process we custom mix colors to give you the perfect shade that you are looking for. We use opaque stains as well as translucent staining. The translucent stain adds depth while still giving you the inherent irregularities and warmth that Saltillo tiles offer. My staining process does look better than other staining processes because we are meticulous in how our tiles turn out. For the installation process we also make sure to mix in all of the different colors & shades of the tiles to make for clean and natural flowing installation. Instead of big patches of dark and light tiles which detracts from the overall appearance of the install. And we can match new & existing tile installations using custom grout & tile stains.
I am a licensed tile contractor specializing in installing custom tile installations for Natural Stone & Saltillo tiles. And we know all of the proper sealers and installation processes for Saltillo tiles which can be tricky to install and seal properly. We seal all Saltillo tile installations with 6-7 coats of sealer to for easy maintenance and a long lasting floor. For Saltillo Pavers the sealing of the tiles is just as important as the actual installation.
